This has been one of the most frequently asked questions all over the years. Well, chances are pretty high that you bump into somebody who is a native English speaker and quite possibly an academic . To our delight a great many of our guests are scientists of all kind, writers, painters, photographers and other artists, or journalists, IT or finance professionals seeking refuge from the travails of workaday life..
All our guests are individual travellers who apparently like the cool and tranquil atmosphere in Chelidonia Bay. They want to spend their Santorini days in a solemn home on the Caldera rather than in a so called ressort.
During high season, alas, there is too often too little time to sit down and entertain lofty dialogues with all these interesting people coming to stay with us. Below is a small selection of Chelidonia guests we had the pleasure to become acquainted with and even friends.
