Chelidonia Villas can only be booked directly. That is why we can deliver best value at best prices in centreville Oia. Minimum stay for reservations in advance is three nights From seven nights on we offer a 5 percent discount during all seasons.

Low Season: March 1 - May 15, October 1 - November 30
High Season: May 15 - September 30
Off Season: December, January, February, prices on request.

Chelidoni - Villa XL

Living room, two bed rooms, kitchen or kitchenette, bath (shower, WC), veranda to the sea. Double beds queensize.

Chelidoni - Suite

Living room, bed room, kitchen, bath (shower, WC), large and private veranda to the sea, no neighbours at the same level. Double bed kingsize, comfortable lounge chairs.

For reservation of your personal villa please contact us via e-mail. We kindly ask for the exact dates of arrival/departure and a deposit of 50 percent of total at our bank account. We do not accept credit cards.

Prices include daily maid service, fully equipped kitchen, deck chairs, baby bed on request. We leave our guests free to arrange for their own breakfast at any time. A bakery and various cafes are within a three minutes walk. You do not need to find an internet cafe by the way, as we offer free Internet access.

We do accommodate for less than three nights as well. In this case please phone/contact us a few days before arrival to check for short term availability of a villa. Chelidonia is open on request as well in December, January and February. Please better call by fone at that time of the year, rather than e-mailing
